So I'm Finally a Doctor! ...

... but as Randy Pausch's mother always said of him, "...but not the kind that helps people."

It took 9 years of continuing enrollment and much jumping through hoops, which could have at least also provided aerobic exercise.

My husband gave me a t-shirt that says:

"Graduation is for Quitters".

Congratulations! I am so encouraged. What an accomplishment.

Thank you, ma'am. A fellow student, who began the program the same semester as I, sent a note yesterday thanking me for graduating as it gave the other students so much hope...

"Not the kind that helps people"???
Maybe you should call yourself a Power Point Pathologist?

What an accomplishment! As I recall, the only thing doctors agree to is "first do no harm" and -- since I've seen you speak -- you don't do harm until at least ten minutes in.

My compliments on getting your P and h and d, complete with dots. Next time we meet I have some scars I'd like you to look at.
